MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Role: Executive Producer | Head of Marketing and Audience Intelligence
The Chosen is a low-budget horror film starring digital teen heartthrob Kian Lawley. Leveraging Kian's 5MM+ audience, we focused on building a groundswell for the film's release. Rather than marketing the film post completion, we brought the fans inside the filmmaking experience from the beginning through branded social media channels including Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Twitter resulting in one of the most socially popular films of 2015 and #1 on the iTunes Horror charts. 
In addition to our social media and digital marketing efforts, we leveraged strategic partnerships with musician Skate Maloley for the release of his song "Little Bit" and Ovrture VR building a promotional VR Experience, with #1 placement on Google's 360 YouTube channel during launch. 
In addition to my role as Head of Marketing, I worked as the lead Producer and Creative Director for the film's key art, trailer, music video, and VR experience.
